All sales are FINAL once your  order is shipped! Unless your order arrived broken, defected, or inacurrate, I will not be accepting any requests for returns, exchanges, or refunding.

I am NOT responsible for any damages caused in delivery transit. 
Please understand that once your order leaves my hands, I do not have any control over the travel speed or condition of your package.

Where do you ship from? When will I recieve my package?

All orders are processed and shipped out in California, USA.

My current processing time is 5-10 days. Please be patient and understand that there is only one person preparing your package with other responsibilities to do. ‧º·(˚ ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ )‧º·˚
Once your order has been shipped, please refer to your tracking number (if you have one) to keep track and be updated on your order's estimated arrival. 

What can I do about my package that's status is "delievered" yet I have not recieved it?
Please understand that it is impossible for me to know the status of your package unless you order came with a tracking number. 
If you paid for tracking and have not recieved your "delivered" order, please contact me and I will help you to the best of my ability.

Note: if you do not believe in the efficiency of your local postal service, I highly recommend you choose Tracked Shipping for your order.

I entered the wrong address, what can I do? 

Contact me ASAP. If I have not shipped out your package, changes can still be made to your address. HOWEVER, once your order has been shipped, postage fees are not refundable and there is nothing I can do. I am NOT responsible for any errors on the addresses that I am provided with.


Do you offer any sort of "gift messaging" / personalized note?

Of course! Please leave me a note when you check out and tell me what you would like me to write (and who the message is from!)
