ATTENTION ALL EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS ・ As of 2022, I will not be shipping to any European country on BigCartel due to new VAT requirements. However, I have an Etsy store available to European customers. If there are any European orders placed on this site, your order will be cancelled and you will be directed to the Etsy shop.
By placing an order, you agree to and understand the following terms and policies:
- All sales are FINAL once your order is shipped. I will not be accepting any requests for returns, exchanges, or refunding.
I am NOT responsible for any damages caused in delivery transit. Please understand that once your order leaves my hands, I do not have any control over the travel speed or condition of your package. - AS OF 2025, with the current tariff situation globally, you are responsible for any additional tariffs/fees upon your package's arrival.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped out of California, USA.
When will I recieve my package / When will my package be shipped out?
My current processing time for instock items will be anywhere between 7-14 days. In a rush? Contact me at [email protected] with your order number and I can see if there can be any arrangements.
Processing times for preordered items depends on the item's production and arrival time. Estimated wait time would be one month from the date you ordered.
Please be patient and understand that there is only one person preparing your package with other responsibilities to do. ‧º·(˚ ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ )‧º·˚
Once your order has been shipped, please refer to your tracking number to keep track and be updated on your order's estimated arrival.
I entered the wrong address, what can I do?
Contact me ASAP. If I have not shipped out your package, changes can still be made to your address. HOWEVER, once your order has been shipped, postage fees are not refundable and there is nothing I can do. I am NOT responsible for any errors on the addresses that I am provided with.
Do you offer any sort of "gift messaging" / personalized note?
Of course! Please leave me a note when you check out and tell me what you would like me to write (and who the message is from!)
